The Verification Process

Shortly after applying for a merchant account you will receive a phone call from our merchant support team to go through the verification process over the phone. At this stage, our merchant support team will discuss your application and get to understand the nature of your business so allowing us to make an informed decision about your application. When applying online, make sure you have your bank account deposit slip, driver’s license (or passport), and proof of address ready to scan and upload to us to speed up the verification process.
